COIN, SPORTS, POSTCARD AND FAMILY HOBBY SHOW
Queensbury VFW, Luzerne Road, Queensbury
SAT 4/27 - 9AM to 3PM
The Tri Town Collectors Club , coupled w the Glens Falls club, will hold a Coin, Sports, Postcard and Family Hobby Show on Saturday April 27th from 9 am - 3:00 pm at the Queensbury VFW on Luzerne Rd.
Many dealers and collectors from the area meet twice a year with a daylong series of hobby activities that is packed with fun for the whole family. Besides the usual offerings of coins, currency, stamps, sports cards and comic books there will be a special quiz for collectors. At this event two new Vintage and modern Sports Card collectors will be present as well as a a many dealers and collectors and with a large presentation of coins and paper money. Show organizer Joe Fuller says there will be material for collectors of all ages.
There is no admission charge and anyone wishing to set up a card table to sell their material may do so without charge by calling Joe Fuller at 802-379-2353, or email at Pepsijoseph@yahoo.com.
QUEENSBURY SENIOR CITIZENS BOOK SALE
Queensbury Senior Center, Bay Road (at Haviland Road), Queensbury

The Queensbury Senior Citizens will hold their semi annual book sale on Thursday, May 9th from 9am to 5:30pm and on Friday, May 10th from 9am to 12pm. There will be special pricing from 9 to 12 on Friday. The sale includes an excellent collection of hard covered books for $1 each. Trade paperbacks are 75 cents, regular paperbacks are 50 cents and puzzles are $1. CDs and DVDs are also available. Please bring your own bags.

OPERATION GIVE BACK / 3RD ANNUAL MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY

Join us as we celebrate our veterans/military at our 3rd Annual Military Appreciation Day. This is the biggest event of its kind in the area and we are honored to once again show our love for our veterans. All proceeds as always go 100% to local veterans organizations chosen by the hosts. This is a full day of amazing food, great local beer , live music , raffles, silent auction and more . We encourage veteran owned businesses to be a part of this day. All details will follow in the upcoming weeks with the entire lineup of music, food trucks and more. We are in need of many baskets and items for our silent auction. You can message myself and or Heather March for more info. This event is presented in collaboration with Slickfin Brewing Company and Vested Veteran Grill.
