If you've been yearning for a ride on the tilt-a-whirl...
Here's a cool summer deal. The owners of Huck Finn's Playland also own SceneOne Entertainment, the same company that operates Movieland in Schenectady, the Spectrum Theater in Albany and Wilton Mall Cinemas.
If you buy a child movie ticket at any of the theaters between July 4 and July 14, your ticket will also double as a voucher for three free rides at Huck Finn's Playland this summer.
Jeff Masher, who owns SceneOne and recently purchased Huck Finn's Playland, told the Times Union that upgrades have been made to the amusement park and more attractions are in the works:
In recent weeks, we’ve repainted rides, repaired rides, replaced bulbs — even reactivated the famous train signal — and we have our eyes on new attractions and events that we are sure you’ll love.
Huck Finn's Playland is open 7 days a week, for more visit hucksplayland.com.
