The Knights are ready for their annual toy drive.
This Friday, December 6th, the Lansingburgh Knights Football program will be holding their annual holiday toy drive to benefit the kids at Turnpike Elementary School and Rensselaer Park Elementary School.
The event will start at 3pm and will go until 9pm at Forty-One Sports Bar and Grille, which is at 41 112th Street in Troy.
The football program holds the event each year to help out families in need to make sure that they can have a wonderful holiday season. They are looking for new, unwrapped toys that would be suitable for kids 4-11 years old. If you would like to donate to the toy drive but cannot make it to the event on Friday, you are welcome to drop off your donations at the Main Office for Lansingburgh Central Schools by the end of the school day.
Last years event was able to collect over 1,000 today for the less fortunate family's.
