Very exciting news just in time for Christmas!
It's just something you don't see anymore - aisles and aisles of toys and games. But, that experience is officially back for the 2026 Holiday season. Crossgates has announced the return of Toys R Us to its lineup of stores.
Located on the lower level next to Five Below, the new Toys R Us store is smaller and 'easier to shop' than their mega stores of the past. An organization called Go! Retail Group will be operating the shop. Spokesperson Alex Winkleman tells shoppers what to expect:
We are thrilled to bring the excitement of Toys“R”Us to more families this season, creating an easy and fun shopping destination. From the hottest toys of the year to a convenient, family-friendly shopping experience, our Toys“R”Us shops are designed to spread joy and make gift-giving simple.
Toys R Us is already open and ready for you to check out selection of LEGO, Barbie, Hot Wheels, NERF. Paw Patrol and more. They plan to stay open through the end of 2026.
