Glens Falls will honor their Winter Champions with a parade through Downtown Sunday

Glens Falls is inviting you to cheer their 2024-2025 Winter Champions this weekend.

The Parade of Champions, which will honor their State Championship winning athletes, including members of the Adirondack United Girls Hockey team and the Boys Basketball squad, will take place Sunday, March 30th.

It will step off at Glens Falls High School at 2:30pm.   

The parade route will go down Sherman Avenue to Glen Street where the champions will turn right to head towards Downtown Glens Falls, go through Centennial Circle and up Ridge Street before ending at City Park at the gazebo next to Crandall Library.  In the event of rain, and there's a strong chance that rain will fall on Sunday, an indoor ceremony nearby will be used for the post-parade, which according to the post below from Glens Falls Athletics, will be in the Queens Ballroom at the Queensbury Hotel.
